The market will include fresh meats, fresh baked breads, local dairy and eggs, curated meat and cheese along side seasonal selections of perserves nuts and produce.
Per Diem is collaborating with founder of Roasted Cafe & Lounge, Nick Rizkalla, to bring downtown a selection of quality hand crafted sandwiches, wraps and salads. The Deli will have two main focuses:

Grab-and-Go lunch and dinner options such as sandwiches, wraps, salads and sides.

Take-and-Make meals for two. Featuring local, organically and ethically raised meats, fresh produce, spices, and starches. All portioned for easy preparation.
